DATABASE OF MEMBRANE PROTEIN STRUCTURES

DETERMINED BY SOLUTION AND SOLID-STATE NMR

This database was originally set up in 2008 by Dror Warschawski (please visit his wonderful http://www.drorlist.com/nmr.html).

Since 2017, we pursue his effort to update this database. The table below provides information about membrane proteins whose structures have been determined by solution and solid-state NMR, to a resolution sufficient to have resulted in a file deposited with the worldwide Protein Data Bank (http://wwpdb.org/). Please help us to keep this table up to date by sending missing information to: a.loquet@iecb.u-bordeaux.fr or b.habenstein@iecb.u-bordeaux.fr

Click here to go to the database of solid-state NMR protein structures.
